Registration

You can try SonicMood for 14 days. These are "actual use" days, so if you put SonicMood down for a week (or go on vacation, etc, etc.) those days won't count against the trial period. The number of days left in your free trial will be displayed in SonicMood’s title bar.

Until you've registered by paying the Shareware fee and entering the "Name" and "Code" you receive, you'll see a "nag" screen each time you run SonicMood. There are no other limitations during the trial. After the trial is over, your only options will be to register or to quit. If you've found SonicMood interesting, please consider registering.

To register, go to the SonicMood website's Purchase page (there's a link below). On the Purchase page, click the "PayPal" button to go to our page on PayPal's website and make your purchase. Once the transaction is complete our automated registration system will be notified and will send your registration code to the email address you provided PayPal. The whole process should take less than one hour.

Your registration code will be good for two major version releases. In other words, if you purchase and register version 5.2.1 your registration code will work on all versions up to and including version 7.2.1. But starting with version 7.2.2 you'll need to pay an upgrade fee which will provide you a code that'll work up thru version 9.2.1.

Once you have your registration code, start SonicMood and click the "Register" button or select "Register" from the "Help" menu. In the window that appears, enter the name and code you received EXACTLY as it appears, hyphens and all (to minimize typos, etc, you can "copy and paste" the name and code), and click "Accept". No more "nag" screen!

Users registering for the first time with v4.8.8 will receive the new “alphanumeric” code. This code will not work with versions of SonicMood prior to v4.8.8. If you want to use an earlier version, please email us (see below) for a different registration code.

Once you're registered, the "Register" menu item will change to "Register Again?" You may enter a different registration if you'd like, for example to change the name you've registered under (you'll need a new code too, of course).
